Hiroko Mima, a 21 year old physical education student from Tokushima in Western Japan, was crowned Miss Universe Japan 2008 on April 3, beating out 9 other finalists and a total of about 4000 entrants.

Wyatt Gallery (born 1975) is an American Photographer and an adjunct Professor at the University of Pennsylvania. Photographer Wyatt Gallery has explored Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Trinidad & Tobago, Santa Fe, Los Angeles, Miami and Philadelphia during his travels to find spiritual and inspirational photographs. In addition to his recent travels, Wyatt has photographically explored much of the USA, most of The Caribbean, Costa Rica, Venezuela, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, England, Spain, and France.
